Our instructors, Mike and Bill have been certified by the Illinois State Police to teach the Illinois Conceal Carry Permit Course. Hanson and Schmidt Conceal Carry provides all services for those who meet the requirements to receive their Illinois Conceal Carry Permit. The requirements are listed on the requirements page and on the Illinois State Police website. You may register for classes online or by calling (872) 588-8646 We will also be glad to come to your location if you have a group of five or more. We welcome all levels of experience with firearms to our courses. We will also assist you with what firearms and holsters will best fit your needs for conceal carry.

This is a two day course. It is the only training required by the State of Illinois to obtain a concealed carry permit. There is no experience necessary. Our instructors cover everything needed for you to learn about firearm safety and training no matter what the skill level. We have taught a multitude of people who have never touched a firearm, so please, do not be discouraged. We make you feel informed, educated, and comfortable
This individual training is one on one with an instructor and is at an hourly rate of $50. We will cover most techniques and skills that should be mastered while you carry a firearm. Some skills that will be covered but not limited to:
3-Hour Illinois Concealed Carry Refresher Course: $75
